Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your BioFlux Smart Recovery Cup. Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original packaging and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required


Valid Reasons for Return

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Manufacturing or functional issues

For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos or videos showing the issue when contacting our support team for validation.


Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for incorrect items or verified defects, subject to stock availability and hygiene standards.

To request an exchange, please email support@bioflux.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Desired replacement item

Please note: All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your item qualifies:

  1. Contact our support team at support@bioflux.com with your order number and a brief explanation

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions, including where and how to ship the item

⚠️ Important: Please contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.


Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card statement

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Check with your bank

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to reship orders due to incorrectly entered addresses. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at the time of purchase.
