DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

No, we offer a flat rate premium shipping on all BioFlux orders.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER — WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and preparation before your order is shipped.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Malaysia: 3–8 business days

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • UK: 3–8 business days

  • Australia: 3–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 3–8 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 14–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local courier delays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers depending on your location.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at support@bioflux.com within 24 hours.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

Every BioFlux Smart Recovery Cup is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video showing the damage

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
